Terms of Service for Physical Redemption & Fulfillment Policy

The following terms apply to all purchases, redemptions of NFTs or points for physical items on the SegMint platform. Users acknowledge and agree to the following:

1. Wrong Address Provided

Users are solely responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the shipping address provided at the time of redemption. SegMint is not liable for items lost, delayed, or undeliverable due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. No refunds or replacements will be issued in such cases.

2. Address Change After Shipment

Once an order has been processed and marked as shipped, no changes to the delivery address may be made. Any rerouting fees imposed by the carrier are the responsibility of the user.

3. Request for NFT Back After Shipment

Redemption of an NFT or points for a physical item is final. Once the item has been shipped, the associated NFT will not be returned, reissued, or reinstated.

4. Package Not Received (User Claims Non-Delivery)

If a package is marked as delivered by the carrier but the user claims non-receipt, the matter must be taken up with the carrier. SegMint is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery. Where possible, SegMint will provide tracking details to assist in claims.

5. Incorrect Item Received

If you receive an incorrect item, you must notify SegMint within three (3) days of receipt. SegMint may, at its discretion, require return of the incorrect item (at SegMint’s expense) prior to sending a replacement.

6. Damaged Items During Shipping

All items are inspected prior to shipment. SegMint is not responsible for damage that occurs during transit. Any claims for items damaged during shipping must be made directly with the shipping carrier in accordance with their policies and procedures. SegMint may, at its discretion, provide documentation to assist the user in pursuing a claim with the carrier but shall have no obligation to replace or refund items damaged in transit.

7. International Shipping, Customs, and Duties

International orders may be subject to import duties, customs fees, VAT, or other country-specific charges imposed by the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the purchaser. SegMint does not collect or remit such fees and will not be responsible for delays, refusals, or additional costs arising from customs clearance or other government-imposed requirements.

8. Limited Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SegMint’s liability for any claim relating to the redemption or shipment of physical items shall be limited to the original purchase price. Under no circumstances shall SegMint be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including but not limited to lost profits, loss of data, or loss of market value.

9. No Resale Warranty

SegMint makes no representations or warranties regarding the future market value, resale potential, or investment suitability of any physical collectible redeemed through its platform. Users acknowledge that collectibles may fluctuate in value and that SegMint does not guarantee liquidity, appreciation, or resale opportunities.

10. Force Majeure

SegMint shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance, including without limitation shipping or delivery, due to causes beyond its reasonable control. Such causes include but are not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, weather events, strikes, labor disputes, civil disturbances, governmental actions, customs delays, embargoes, transportation interruptions, supply chain disruptions, or any other event outside SegMint’s reasonable control.
